God writes the gospel not in the Bible alone, but
on the trees, and flowers, and clouds, and stars.

Hello and happy June! I know I am a little behind on that welcome but it seems as one day melts into another and I am not sure where they go. I have been very busy here at the cottage since we got home from Florida. Gardening has been upper most on my mind. I have spent a lot of hours trying to get my yard put back together. The last two summers have been pretty much a wash. Summer before last I had a scare with my heart, and then last summer we were in a mind to sell this house and do something different. This summer Roger and I have been nesting and enjoying our northern home.
These lilies are going to be amazing in a couple of days. and my window boxes on the garden shed are totally out doing themselves. These are Proven Winner petunia's Vista Bubblegum. They are suppose to drape over the window boxes and they have a very good start. I am sure that I will always use this brand of plants in the future. they are outstanding!
I had to set this dog up twice while I was trying to take these pictures. My helper kept knocking it over. Believe me I use the term helper loosely. He likes to come out and get between me and what I am trying to do.
This is Bo's fourth year in Little league. This year he is playing on a traveling team and a rec.league team so we are watching a lot of ball games. The traveling team is really good and the games are very exciting. The Rec. leagues has a lot of new players on it and they are trying to figure out when to swing the bat. Some times it is funny and you can really tell the kids that do not want to be there.
The mommy brigade sets up a temporary encampment for the day. I dearly love watching them cheer and keep up with all of the littles.
I do believe I am going to end this for today. I will try not to make it so picture heavy next time.
